In 2021, The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), launched the new revolutionary e-learning and assessment platform developed by the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA & CIMA) – The CGMA ® Finance Leadership Program (FLP).

Nanaska, joined as an official partner of the CGMA ® FLP in Sri Lanka. In addition to providing the CGMA FLP path, we will be assisting CIMA students with extra support such as coaching, mentoring and exam techniques for the three capstone case study exams.

The CGMA FLP is a self-directed, self-paced, expedite digital learning and assessment pathway to completing the CIMA Professional Qualification and earning the CGMA designation, with the
help of real-life case simulations. The FLP is a guided learning and assessment route, where all the learning and exam preparation takes place within a digital platform. CIMA 2019 Syllabus has
been laid out competency and topic wise instead of subject wise. The assessments are embedded into the learning within the platform at both topic level and competency areas,
hence, students don’t sit exams after each subject. At the end of each level, student sit a Case Study exam only.

Both pathways are founded on the CGMA Competency Framework. They use the
same syllabubs, teach the same nine subject areas, test the same material and
require the same level of proficiency and experience.

Objective tests – Ninety minute computer based exams taken on-demand at a Pearson Vue testing centre or online

Case Study Exams

Three hour exams at each level of the qualification that the student can take
during four windows per year, either at Pearson Vue testing centre or online.

Practical Experience
Requirement
(PER)

Both pathways require you to log at least three years of verified, relevant work based experience while completing the Professional Qualification. This ensures your mastery of real-world finance, accounting and business skills.

Award

After completing either pathway, student will become a CIMA member and be awarded the use of CIMA designatory letters as well as the CGMA designation.
